What We Will Cover
In a world marked by uncertainty, tension and emotional exhaustion, the Book of Psalms speaks with remarkable honesty and timeless relevance. This three-session series will explore selected psalms through close and thoughtful reading, uncovering how these ancient words give voice to fear, hope, grief, resilience, trust and spiritual longing.
Together, we will delve deeply into a few carefully chosen psalms each week, discovering how Jewish tradition has used these sacred texts not only for prayer, but also for comfort, grounding and emotional healing during difficult times. Whether read as poetry, theology, meditation, or personal reflection, the Psalms offer wisdom and companionship for the anxieties of modern life.
